What is the difference between good legal advice and a legal check. What do you offer at Bequeathed?

It is absolutely crucial to know and understand that you should always obtain and be offered legal advice as standard when you are both considering how you wish your Will to be drafted, during the subsequent process and also once the final Will document has been created.

Here at Bequeathed, good legal advice is provided to every client whether that is by our in house legal team or one of our partner law firms who we also work with.

We will ensure that legal advice and guidance is available throughout the entire process and will also identify when additional legal advice and services may be needed.

This is done via an online web chat accessed via our Bequeathed website, where you have direct contact with a member of our legal team, through the guidance and articles contained both on our website and also provided to you direct where a member of the legal team notes that would assist.

We also provide very specific legal advice and support during the Legal Appointments and there is always the option to have an additional legal appointment with our Head of Legal, Sindy Allen, a private client Solicitor with over 18 years experience and/ or a referral to one of our partner law firms.

A legal check is not legal advice, but simply the ability to confirm that answers have been completed, a document filled out but does not cover whether that document is correct, the answers are appropriate to a person's actual and potentially changeable situation nor does it offer any information or advice regarding a document that has been created.

Our free 'Will for Good' service offers good legal advice for free and as standard.
