  1. This is the policy of Bequeathed Limited (company number 10960116), whose registered office is at Acre House, 11/15 William Road, London NW1 3ER, relating to the recording of in-coming and out-going telephone and video calls.

  2. We record all conversations conducted on our help desk telephone numbers and Zoom video calls whether by way of in-coming or out-going call. The recordings will be stored in accordance with our Privacy Policy for at least 6 years.

  3. We record calls for the following purposes:

    1. ascertaining the technical support needs of our users and sharing those needs amongst our team so that a team member may take action;

    2. ascertaining the legal needs of our users and for advising users who become clients or sharing those needs with one of our panel law firms when a user has requested that the law firm provide them with legal advice;

    3. establishing the existence of facts, for instance in the event of a complaint by one of our users or customers;

    4. responding to a Larke v Nugus request from a competent Court dealing with a challenge to a Will after a user's death about the intentions of and advice given to the user;

    5. ascertaining compliance with regulations applicable to use;

    6. training and to ascertain or demonstrate the standards which are achieved or ought to be achieved by our personnel in the course of their duties;

    7. preventing or detecting crime.
